Hard to beat...except

I grew up just north of SLO, but have lived in many places. I seemed to miss CA, so I'm living here in SLO. It's hard to beat except for housing. I'll never own a home here unless I win the big one. The weather is hard to beat though. It's Feb and almost 80.
